I would comment only if I knew my comment would be of any use (constructively speaking, that is) and if I have the time.

But you would get to know that after you read the work right? Otherwise it is hard to decide whether your critique will be helpful or not. And time... well 3 comments/critiques giving you submission for a month... I hope you get enough time

That is true.

I'll do my best to give as many critiques as possible, but when I critique I do the most in depth thing I can come up with and that tends to take a while for me. With school starting up again soon I can't say exactly how much time I'll have, but I'll do my absolute best to comment on at least one a month. ^_^
